Jenele A. Buttery

Ms. Buttery established J. B. Enterprises in 1990 out of her love for the Central Coast and her passion for commercial real estate.  Jenele has a keen understanding of the local real estate market that gives her clients the inside advantage.  She provides thorough market analysis to help form investment strategies that offer the best return.  Jenele executes all aspects of purchasing and selling of property.  She also oversees commercial leasing and property management, and is responsible for all marketing efforts. 

Prior to forming J. B. Enterprises, Jenele was associated with the commercial brokerage firm of Lundberg & Company.  Before joining Lundberg & Company, she was a real estate salesperson with Century 21 specializing in residential, multi-family and investment real estate. 

Devoting her time and energy to a variety of business and civic organizations, Jenele is a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce.  In 2001, she was appointed to the San Luis Obispo County Assessment Appeals Board.  Jenele also volunteers at the annual Fashion Show Fundraiser for the San Luis Obispo Women's Shelter.
