Kristen Buttery joined JB Enterprises in 2006 serving as the commercial property manager.  Kristen returned back to her hometown of San Luis Obispo after a dozen years in the Los Angeles area when she opened a separate division of JB Enterprises called Aurora Property Services, which specializes in management for homeowners associations.  She is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the commercial properties, serves as liaison to property owners, and oversees all accounting functionalities 

Kristen received her California Department of Real Estate License in 2006 and has taken additional classes with the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Kristen is a member of California Association of Community Managers.   

Prior to joining JB Enterprises, Kristen worked in the internet industry for several years in several different roles in both sales and product management.  Her latest position was as a product manager for Monster.com, where her responsibilities included helping design, build, develop and launch software products for the college division.  Kristen joined the internet industry after several years at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette where she served as a recruiting coordinator for the investment banking division.       

Kristen graduated from Pepperdine University in 1995 with a degree in Political Science with a concentration in Business Administration.
